DFE Pharma believes in respectful, honest business relations and in showing respect for the world in which we all operate and expects its customers (“Business Partners”) to comply with good business practices as set forth below.

Safety with respect to products and people

DFE Pharma expects its Business Partners to deliver safe and high-quality products. We expect our Business Partners to commit to the manufacture of safe products and a safe working environment in which everyone takes responsibility for their own safety and that of others.

Human rights and rights of employees

DFE Pharma expects its Business Partners to respect and support internationally recognised human rights for all stakeholders. We expect our Business Partners not to tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, colour, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, political opinion, national, ethnic or social origin. Nor do we tolerate child labour or forced labour.

Sustainability

Our Business Partners shall run their businesses in an environmentally sound and sustainable manner. The impact of processes and products on the environment should be minimized.

Gifts and payments

We expect our Business Partners to stand for honest business practices and therefore do not accept any form of bribery. Our Business Partners shall not provide or promise anything of value to any person with the aim of improperly receiving preferential or favourable treatment. This includes gifts, entertainment, facilitation payments, charity and any measures aimed at circumventing any of the foregoing.

Fair competition

We believe in competition based on fair play and an equal playing field. This is why we require our Business Partners to conduct their activities in a fair and competitive manner while carefully complying with competition laws.

Fair communication

In all communications, including social media, each of our Business Partners is expected to communicate openly, respectfully and prudently.

Protect confidential information

We expect our Business Partners to properly handle all confidential information of our company and others and protect it against unauthorised disclosure.

Data protection

We honour the privacy rights of employees, customers, suppliers and other business partners and we treat personal data confidentially. Business Partners shall only collect, process, transmit and use personal data insofar as reasonably required for communicated business purposes, and they shall keep such data confidential, accurate, complete, relevant and secure.

Integrity of (financial) reporting

Business Partners have a duty to ensure that financial and non-financial documents, records and reports (both internal and external) are accurate, complete, consistent and up-to-date.

Prevention of fraud and illegal behaviour

We do not accept any behaviour intended to deceive or mislead others or representing illegal conduct under applicable laws and regulations. We expect our Business Partners to contribute to preventing fraud or illegal conduct within their own enterprise.
